As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I warmly rejoice with His Excellency Sheriff Oborevwori and the good people of Delta State on this sacred and joyful occasion of Easter.
Easter reminds us that even in moments of trial, God’s grace always brings renewal, hope, and victory. The resurrection of Christ is a powerful assurance that light will always triumph over darkness and that peace will always prevail when we remain steadfast in faith.
I encourage all Deltans to continue in steadfast dedication to God Almighty, living lives guided by love, humility, and service to one another. As we reflect on the sacrifice and resurrection of Christ, let us renew our commitment to peace, unity, and righteousness in our homes, communities, and our dear nation.
At this special time, I also pray for lasting peace in Nigeria. May the spirit of Easter inspire us all to pursue harmony and understanding, remembering always that Jesus Christ is the true embodiment of peace.
