The delineation was ordered by a judgment of the Supreme Court.
It is meant to replace the existing ward structure in the area.
The groups describe the current structure as skewed and invalid.
The affected areas are Warri North, Warri South, and Warri South-West Local Government Areas.
Leaders from both ethnic nationalities say the existing delineation does not reflect demographic realities.
